About these terms

These terms apply to our website, our checkout pages, our access pages and every product you buy from The Menopause Client Kit ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old.

What you buy

Each product is a set of digital materials (PDF files and Canva template links) described on the sales and checkout pages. Those descriptions are part of these terms. Access is delivered by email right after purchase.

License

You may customize the materials with your own name, logo and colors and share them with your own clients, 1:1 or in groups, in print or digital form. You may not resell, sublicense or give away the kit itself, the Canva templates or the files as a product, or share your access links publicly.

Educational use only

The materials are educational and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You are responsible for using them within the scope of your profession and for referring clients to a doctor when needed. Clients should talk to their doctor before starting any new nutrition or exercise program.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars and are charged once. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

Refunds

Every product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy.

No earnings claims

We do not promise any income, number of clients or results. Results depend on many things outside our control.

Intellectual property

The materials, designs and templates remain ours (or our licensors'). Your purchase gives you the license described above.

Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Third parties

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva, Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Their names belong to their owners.
